I also let my boys have lemon wedges in their water, which they love. They like to add sugar and call it lemonade. Mike taught them to do this at restaurants, so they felt so special having it at dinner. Simple things make my family happy, like lemon wedges and meat. :)

I love to make chicken piccata...never thought of using pork.
